I've tried to add a language-pack to an already installed office with the
following command
msiexec.exe /a "{SourceDir}" /quiet /qb TARGETDIR="{TargetDir}"
The language-pack was installed to {TargetDir}\Sun\StarOffice8 which I expected
to find under {TargetDir}
