So - the attached patch doesn't solve every problem: however after 2 seconds of
no mouse movement it hides the cursor.
A potential spec. might want to consider:
* how long to wait before hiding the cursor
* whether to hide immediately the show starts
* whether to show if only small mouse movements are made
* what the threshold should be there
* whether the timeout to hide the mouse should be higher if a definite
motion was just made
etc.
Ultimately this is all UI team work, there's no point in producing code before
they've studied & decided on this issue.
Simpler, 95% patch will be in subsequent ooo-build versions of course.
