Browser:IE6.0/FireFox1.07(korean version)
Encoding: UTF-8
OS: Win2000
1)The problem exists both in ling-tool and product(refer snapshot).
2) Those strings are from different file, such as message of 336147 is in
inc_global\windows\msi_languages\Control.ulf,while 336302 is in
inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages\Control.ulf
