FME: Also reproducible if you open Ergebnisse.odt, go to second page, and move
table 6 to the next page by entering empty paragraphs before the table.
FME->OD: My part of the fix: tabfrm.cxx rev. 1.81.120.4. There is still a
problem in flycnt.cxx, the loop control is not triggered.
