defect cause:
<SwNodeNum::IsCounted()> returns <false> for a text node, if the numbering type
of the corresponding numbering level is <NONE>. This isn't correct -
<SwTxtNode::IsCounted()> determines, if a text node is counted for a
numbering/bullet.
