From the understanding of the description, the follow steps are

Steps:
1) Modify a file of any type in OpenOffice Calc on a platform system that can
log off without saving all files.
2) Log off of the platform system and save the file in the last second upon log
off completion.
3) Log on to the system and modify a file on OpenOffice.
4) Save the file in .sxc or .sxw, which will create the issue.
