Downloaded the file 051021_OpenOfficeError.zip 2. Extracted the file "source" and "target" 3. Opened it with OOo 2.0.1 4. Saved as "Microsoft Excel 97/2000/xp (.xls)" type 5. Opened with Microsoft Excel 2003 and observed that the numbers format were not changed 6. Opened with OOo 2.0.1 and the values were again unaffected. I repeated the test for 3 times, and I couldn't reproduce the values of the file "target". On Further Testing I did: 1. Opened file "source" with OOo 2.0.1 2. Saved the as "source2.ods" and closed OOo 3. Opened the file "source2.ods" with OOo and saved it "source3.xls" 4.
