you mean to anchor the frame To Character, don't you? and you select this in
the
frame properties upon inserting the frame?
After saving the document from the template (where you inserted the second
frame
between ex), do you leave it open or do you close it? The template is still
open
isn't it?
By "open the template-file and let OOo create a new document" what do you mean
exactly? How exactly do you proceed doing so?
When anchoring between om and ex you mean between o and m and e and x?
Could you verify your steps that you didn't mix which document to open, leave
open or where to change sth. or look sth. up?
