i cannot confirm (tested with m153, WinXP).
My setup:
- new writer document
- document has two text fields
- form is connected to the bibliographic database
- textfield 1 has normal text (not connected to a tabel - just typed in)
- textfield 2 displays the Author's name
after export to PDF woth fields show the text correctly.
herbk: we would need more info about your environment .. example files,
datasource etc.
