But that patch cannot be the solution. Not calling the select handler is not an
option, the cure would be worse than the illness as ListBoxes which do not
derive from ListBox but set a handler instead would cease to work at all. I
think what happens in the "fixed" case of this patch is that paint events get
generated in a different order.
