@cl->mba: as discussed, even if I do nothing in SdModule::Execute(), the non
product office aborts because of a "Window with living child windows is
destroyed" condition in vcl.
To reproduce, start an office with soffice -impress and make sure the impress
wizard is still enabled. Then just close the wizard with the closer.
I fixed the initial dispatcher crash in SdModule::Execute() for cws impress84
