TL->maccy, QA:
I copied the files

- de_DE/COPYING
- de_DE/COPYING_OASIS
- de_DE/Copyright
- de_DE/INSTALL_de.txt
- de_DE/README_de_DE.txt
- de_DE/VERSION

from the de_DE zip archive to the de_AT directory and renamed README_de_DE.txt
to README_de_AT.txt.

Also because there is a hyhenator per default for de_DE but not for de_AT and
de_CH I made entries in the dictionary.list that reroor hyphenation for those
languages to the de_DE hyphenation since it would be odd to have spellchecking
and no hyphenation available.

The little problem with this is that there is a hyphenation dictionary for de_CH
available but not installed by default (maybe a license issue?).
Thus I'm somewhat unsure what happens if a user manually installs that
dictionary with the wizard.
Which one will be used?
Is there a way to check this?
Or better can someone ask the owner of the de_CH hyphenation dictionary to odify
the license in order to allow adding it to the OOo CVS tree and install it along
by default.

The other thing QA might be interested in:
Is there a way to verify that the different dictionaries for de_AT, de_CH and
de_DE get used by the spellchecker?
I tried to find a difference but failed...
