If not, please submit one, see http://contributing.openoffice.org/programming.html#jca otherwise we can't add your contribution. 2. There is no language listbox entry for Tigrigna yet, so though the UI will show up in Tigrigna, the user won't be able to select Tigrigna as a character attribute for spell checking purposes. For this to add I created issue 61467 and will add a dependency. 3. If you want complete support of Tigrigna locales, for example as default document language or for number formatting purposes, we need locale data. See i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd and take i18npool/source/localedata/data/en_US.xml as a template. The locale data can be added later, please submit a separate issue and attach ti_ER.xml, and maybe ti_ET.xml if wished.
