For instance... I'm attaching an example file. I create "First Heading 1" from "Heading 1" (I want to assign "special" line breaks to it). "First Heading 1" doesn't show up in the navigator. And (this may be a more serious problem) "Additional Styles" in insert table doesn't work, I can't even check of the check-box and have it saved after clicking OK, i.e., it's back off after bring up the table dialog. It's odd becuase in one of my other documents the Appendices (based on Heading 1) work correctly...
