Heading Derivative's don't show up in the navigator, and adding them to
Additional Styles in a Table of Contents doesn't work.

For instance... I'm attaching an example file. I create "First Heading 1" from
"Heading 1" (I want to assign "special" line breaks to it). "First Heading 1"
doesn't show up in the navigator.

And (this may be a more serious problem) "Additional Styles" in insert table
doesn't work, I can't even check of the check-box and have it saved after
clicking OK, i.e., it's back off after bring up the table dialog.

It's odd becuase in one of my other documents the Appendices (based on Heading
1) work correctly...

Mike
