bei->pjanik: Well cwsresync -l already calls setMasterWorkspace at the EIS SOAP
interface. So keeping track of the when and to what milestone part can be added
without even changing the API. To also keep track of who did the change an
additional setMasterWorkspace method with a user argument will have to be
introduced and cwsresync must also be changed. So we will probably do this in
two steps: first the when and what part and then later adding also the who did
it information.
