defect cause:
The anchored objects (in this case the formulas) have positioning attributes,
which can not be hold. Thus, the iterative positioning algorithm loops. This
loop is detected and the straight-forward positioning algorithm is applied. This
isn't handled correctly in the format of footnote frames and its content.
Thus, fix for issue 49383 needs adjustments. This fix introduced the formatting
of anchored objects in the format of footnote frames and its content.
