Hi,
calling the standard filter from the Autofilter menu does the same as Data-
Filter-Standardfilter.
So the filterrange is set to the area which is defined by the widest contiguos
cell range.
You can prevent it if you set a databse range (Data- Define Range) before you
call the standardfilter from the autofilter.
It works as designed and therefore I close this Issue as invalid.
