In the math editor, greek character names are localized.
In languages where greek letter names contain accents, this "feature" slows
down typing a lot. ( in french for example , many greek letters contain
circonflex and grave accents,) typing accentuated capitals is even worse
which forces to use the mouse, thus decreasing productivity.
Moreover , this behaviour is not coherent with the other symbols whose markup
tag are not translated. ( times , div ...)
As Greek character names are markup tags, they should be considered as
normalised keywords an thus not translated.
I can't see any usefulnnes to translating those symbols, as anyone using them
(without the mouse) probably knows their english name.
