word viewer on linux has the same problem. Since OOo cannot embed fonts, this is
not surprising...
I suggest either closing this as a duplicate of "allow OOo to embed/use embedded
fonts in documents" or close this as worksforme. You won't find a suitable
fallback-font for company-symbol-fonts out there anyway. Either you have the
font available or you don't.
If possible, please attach an unmodified/saved with Word version of the file.
and furthermore I really wonder why a contract is given out in editable
format....
