Page-18 ("mouse-related terms" table):
The 2-3 entries in the left column (related to drag-n-drop etc) do not show
their tooltips.
In some cases (but not always), "adjust table column/row" kind of tooltips pop
up. This may be because the mouse pointer has gone too near the cell's border.
But note also that the mouse pointer does NOT change to a "drag border" pointer,
like this: <-||->
It remains in text edit mode (looks like "I"). And yet the "adjust table
row/column" tooltip shows up!
