the label as in OOo is in page format User. This means the page as you see it
has the length and width of the User format. To correct you slightly, if they
were printed on an A4 page they would come out shifted approx 1.5 cm to the
right (because the User format is more narrow and is mapped from the right
border to the A4 page). As far as I understand you, the label is in the wrong
format in OOo to begin with. I adjusted the summary and confirm this issue.
