More important is that the user now has the possibility to change the text and when he saves it, he _assume_ (and that is right!) that these changes get saved. When he opens it again, they are not back there and that is the problem! So maybe it is not that easy to save them, but than the user HAS to be informed in dialog or what ever that tell him _before_ the modification that he can't save them or _after_ the modification when he saves the document, how he can save them, maybe to export the global file to a normal sxw file!!! The problem is that the user can expire a DATA LOSS like in my case and THAT _hurts_ every user!
