I couldn't reproduce the reference loss but:
- enter some empty lines at the end of the text
- select from "Zusätzlich muss das Summations..." to (1.5)
- D&D to the end of the document
-> all references to 1.4 (which was part of the selection) point to nowhere
while the new reference should be 1.8.
Updating with F9 or saving reloading doesn't help.
