pl->mba: This would be a fitting explanation for the crash in StartJob (125684)
where the printer object seems to become invalid during StartJob; this would
e.g. be the case if the vcl Printer object got destroyed during event processing
in StartJob (thus the user would have a chance to press the cancel button in
that time). This would also explain why this gets more likely to be hit since we
changed Printer to report IsPrinting() = FALSE until StartJob has finished (the
workaround for users closing the document after starting a print job which was
the fix for 129624).
