We think, we found the original document and now we are able to load the Word-file and convert it to any format (with 1.9.77). I don't know, what was going wrong. But the actual error with the used odt-file shouldn't appear. Maybe while converting from doc to odt with 1.9.69 or 1.9.71? As stated befor, in 1.9.69 or 1.9.71 we could work with the odt-file but not with 1.9.77.
