Thanks for the elaborated information about SPAM/virus handling.
Please note that the major goal for the openoffice.org infrastructure is to
provide a collaboration platform and not a mail forwarding service.
The SPAM/virus protection solution has been improved last year.
We had an occurency that messages from a blacklisted domains has been rejected.
But in these cases an error has been reported to the sender of the message. We
are not aware that messages are silently dropped.
So, please help with the investigation of the problem you describe by providing
the necessary information like exact date and time of deleivery, sending email
server, From: address, error message (if any), ... This could help to track down
the problem with the help of the logfiles.
