The new patch from Kohei goes into the direction what I suggested in issue
43156. Funnily enough this is somewhat contradictory to what Niklas suggested
here, to use regular expressions for the new conditions because that wouldn't
need file format or API changes. To my view, we're implementing these options
mainly because the user does not know how to handle regular expressions.
Enabling regular expressions again for that purpose and requiring from the user
to properly escape his search string is a bit senseless, IMHO.

The next obsatcle is the change necessary to the ODF file format, where in
section  8.7.3 for the table:filter-condition element the table:operator
attribute has defined values for the already existing operators. This needs to
be changed or a new attribute be specified. Not clear yet how to proceed there.
