not all of the attached files contains a copyright/license notice, where are
they from.
waratah also stated that detection of pam header are now included in configure
script, so I consider this issue as invalid, as it is a documented build
prerequisite.
If there is really a strong need for having pam files included in OOo's external
we need to check copyright and license from all files.
