TV: Thanks Eike for this good news. I was not aware that Khmer is now an
officially supported language for OO.o. So I can support it in the letter wizard
as well by simply adding a line to LocaleCodes.java for Khmer with the MSID
0x453. Later we should get rid of my local conversion list and use a
still-to-be-implemented UNO service.
