The problem here, is that AutoScale is a "view-setting" which is not stored in
the file.
Per default AutoScale is on. Copying a chart via the clipboard works as a "Save"
of the OLE object on copy and a "Load" on paste. So, on pasting, you get a
freshly loaded file, thus AutoScale is on.
In the new chart implementation, we changed the AutoScale to be a property of
the model (rather than the view). Thus, in principle, this should work. There
problem here, however, is that the ODF file format does not yet support
appropriate properties to store the AutoScale information.
Therefore, I set this issue to enhancement. To-do: extend the ODF specification
and export the scaling information of text objects accordingly.
