Mayb it is a driver problem - I tried at home where I also have an ATI adapter.
I user Driver version 8.205 (almost newest driver) and did not encounter the
problem.
But it could also be, that there is some older stuff from former OO
installations in the Windows registry. Perhaps de-installing OO, cleaning
Registry and re-installing could also help.
