@cl->aw: I considered to hack this issue in ui and all file formats but I think
he best way to do it is that if you render a background shape, either from the
master page or the slide, you only render its filling and ignore anything else.
I know this is already part of your long term refactoring, but since this is an
issue escalated by c03, we need to fix it in PP3
