Your installation set contains only the french language? Do all the files in the directory program/resource end with "680fr.res"? And no file ends with "680en-US.res"? If you have only french resource files, english strings are only part of the configuration. Therefore the next question is: What exactly is the english or french UI you described? Do we talk about menu items, which are set by the configuration? Or do we also talk about dialogs, which strings are stored in the resource files?
