I changed the code in PresentationViewShell::FinishInitialization(). First the
slideshow is created and stored directly in the member variable mpSlideShow.
Then startShow is called. On Windows this results in a resize call with
full-screen size when the show-window is shown. After startShow
GetViewFrame()->Show() is called which on Unix has the effect that after the
workwindow is actually resized to full-screen, the resize event is propagated to
the slideshow.
