2006 -------
1. Plod down a Basic Shape (Rectangle)
2. Resize
3. Repeat 1-2, resize both to the same height
4. Try to drag these next to eachother.

It's possible to line them up by resizing them to where  you want.  After doing
this, drag them around a bit more; drag one away, then drag it back,  It'll
slightly misalign.

It basically looks like dragging uses a randomly offset grid, while resizing
uses the same grid every time.  That is, dragging happens on a grid, that grid
just moves around itself.
