It is indeed normal that you can not remove tasks anymore once the CWS has a
state "ready for QA". You must reset the state to new in order to remove tasks.
Tasks can only be removed under the following conditions: The CWS is "planned"
or "new" the user is either Owner, Member, QA Represenative or
EIS-Administrator.
