It has been building for 20 minutes now and I know it hit the moz problem fairly quickly when building. I know I did not change the cr/lf of the files. One of the things I did when trying to figure out what the problem was, was to delete the entire source tree and get it back from the zip file and carefully follow the steps to make sure I hadn't screwed something up.
