The snapshot attached above illustrates that results of the current
implementation
regarding a content negotiation depending on user's language preferences set in
their Web brower is not working perfectly. Some texts listed in the navigation
bar or pane are localized, the rest of them are not localized.

As everybody knows, like the Olympic, nobody in the world can achieve works
done
perfectly, but they can make people impressed.

So let us have this close at this moment...

P.S.
Please keep in mind that to successfully expand the market beyond the language
border,
merchants have to describe everything written in a target customer's native
language:
 - directions on a package of meal exported from Europe
 - flag icons denoting each language on a ticket vending machines in Europe
 - installation manuals of a computer made in Taiwan or China
Genius merchants know the language is much more important than the quality of a
product.
Why can we easily get a waiver of translation on our Web site, if we want to
encourage
local users to enjoy OpenOffice.org?

Anyway, thank you all involved in this issue and let us think solutions later.
