The master page controls in the Impress task pane use the
sd::toolpanel::controls::MasterPageContainer class to store, among other data,
the previews of the master pages. Previews are stored and given to the controls
as Image objects. They are initially loaded from PNG thumbnails that are stored
in template documents.

The procedure of taking a preview from the MasterPageContainer and displaying it
on the screen involves unnecessary transformation of the internal
representation. Please have a look whether these transformations can be
eliminated in order to make the creation of the master page controls faster.
