Hi I'd sent some comment text with the attachment, it didn't get posted.
there was no crash, the doc wqas worked on over a few hours, early edits
reverted to original text, when the doc was being reviewed after a few hours. I
realise this is a hard one to diagnose, praps the only way is to repeat the
proicess, it did happens several times, in the end, after starting editing again
we gave up and installed word.
