Please restore at least the behavior of using MORK resp. OTHER as default if no Evolution driver is present. Slightly better :) is to do what the "FIXME" comment already suggests: default to KAB if it exists. - On Windows, the default selection in the same wizard now is "Other", previously it was the "Windows Address Book" (OE). Please restore this. - This bug was not added to the CWS.
