2006 -------
After more investigation I find out that it has nothing to do with language
change. New description:
- Run Mailmerge
- On step 4, disable personal salutation
- Select another general salutation
- Look at step 5 to the general salutation
-> It is the previous one.
Note: When you type an general salutation in step4, then you will see none
salutaion on step5.
