BEI->cloph: The Edit Box for comments allows to distingush between HTML and
Plain Text. The intend of the Plain Text mode was that it´s up to the user to
format the text in the edit box manually. Thus we used the pre Tag for this
mode. The possibility that users just type one endless line of text into that
box without using and LineBreak was not forseen. The solution we would like to
implements tries to preserve the possibility to format the text in plain Text
mode while avoiding the pre tag: The plain text will be put inside a paragraph
and every Linebreak inserted by the user will be converted to a br tag. This
will only affect new comments, old comments won´t be touched, sorry.
