Click on the "Select Macro"-command (German "Makro auswählen") in the standard toolbar in the Basic IDE. The window "OpenOffice.org Basic Makros" opens. Click the help-button (German "Hilfe"). You get the help page /text/shared/01/06130000.xhp. But it should be the page /text/sbasic/shared/01/06130000.xhp.
