Now my problem is that it not able to open the documents whose name are long. [E.g It is not able to open the spreadsheet which is located in d:\my Document\PC comparision\desktop comparison.xls.] Well there is no problem in the document as I can open the document if I copy this document to the Root of the Drive. Also this problem was not comming when I was using OOo 1.1.1 version. Fell free to contact me if still any updte is required.
