I don't think the patch is O.K.
F.e."SVBT32ToLong" should convert to a LONG (what it actually does) and the
patch contains somthing like "SVBT32ToInt32".
There may be many code lines that assign the result to an Int32 but those lines
should be fixed instead by using a new function "SVBT32ToInt32".
