sw-oj: from the looks of it no Event is fired by this component ... in case all
Events are handled by it's parent, as it is for example the case for Cells in
Calc, the AccessibleStateSet needs to contains the AccessibleStateType TRANSIENT
and the one of the accessible parent needs to contain the AccessibleStateType
