The LCID is good to know for msi-encodinglist.txt. But there I already found the
following line:
br 1252 1577 # Breton
So the LCID is 1577, and not 1150?
On the MS pages I also found 0x47e (1150)
So it seems, as if there are two ToDos:
- Add "br" into the special array in globals.pm.
- Change 1577 to 1150 for breton in msi-encodinglist.txt
