------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 1 16:50:04 -0800 2006 ------- Say it isn't so! Open Office doesn't support Appleworks legacy documents? I am a professional freelance writer and editor with thousands of legacy documents in Appleworks which I am attempting to port to new imac running Mac OS X. I am in dire need of a word processor that can read my legacy documents. My daughter pointed me to OpenOffice telling me, "It can open anything. I'm sure it can read your files." While Appleworks is not a large user base, it seems to me, my daughter's statement, "It can read anything" would be a powerful marketing tool and cementing a reputation as the 'can do' office suite. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
