ES->OS: see issue 37718 adrressing quite the same problem.
a) when a Draw object (rectangle, ellipse) is inserted in Writer, the function
"Edit Points" should be desabled because those objects cannot be modified with
Bézier function (should be prior converted to curve, polygon or contour,
functions which Writer doesn't offer).
b) When a Draw object has been (in Draw) prior converted to curve, polygon or
contour and copy/pasted into Writer, the Edit Points toolbar aapears.
But if one closes the toolbar, there is no way to reopen it.
Missing entry "View - Toolbars - Edit Points"
